Building a Global Business Empire from Dubai: Inside the AI, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Journey of Alper Dama

There is a version of Dubai that tourists see. The skyline. The malls. The restaurants.

Then there is the Dubai that builders see.

The Dubai Future Accelerators. The Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence. The innovation corridors of the Dubai Future Foundation. The free zone infrastructure of IFZA. The government entities actively seeking entrepreneurs who want to contribute something real to this economy.

I live in that second Dubai. And this post is about what I am building inside it.

FROM THREE COUNTRIES TO ONE CITY

I hold citizenship in Canada, Turkey, and Russia. I have lived and operated across three continents. I have built businesses in high-tax, high-regulation environments and learned, the hard way, what kills momentum in a growing company.

Then I came to Dubai.

I am Alper Dama, Founder and CEO of BOLDEXA GLOBAL – FZCO, an IFZA-licensed Free Zone Company headquartered at Dubai Silicon Oasis. I arrived here not as a tourist or a digital nomad passing through. I arrived as an operator who had made a strategic decision: this is where the next chapter gets built.

That decision has proven correct in every measurable way.

INSIDE DUBAI’S INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM: WHERE I HAVE BEEN

One of the most important things I have done since establishing in Dubai is immerse myself in the institutions that are shaping the future of this city. Not as an observer. As an active participant.

Dubai Future Accelerators

I visited the Dubai Future Accelerators, the flagship innovation program of the Dubai Future Foundation and one of the most important tech-entrepreneurship institutions in the region. The DFA connects government entities with global startups and entrepreneurs to co-create solutions to real challenges facing Dubai and the world.

Walking through those corridors confirmed what I already believed: Dubai is not waiting for the future. It is engineering it. The level of institutional commitment to innovation here has no parallel in any city I have operated in.

Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence

I also visited the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, the government’s dedicated hub for AI research, development, and implementation across public and private sectors. This institution is central to Dubai’s AI strategy and represents exactly the environment where a company like VOXTEL.AI, my AI technology venture, belongs.

Seeing the scale of investment the UAE government is making in artificial intelligence did not surprise me. It validated every business decision I have made since arriving here.

Dubai Future Foundation and DFF Engagement

My engagement with the Dubai Future Foundation extends beyond visits. I have had active conversations with DFF representatives regarding my entrepreneurial activities, my AI business operations, and my contribution to Dubai’s economy. These conversations are part of my ongoing UAE Golden Visa application process under the Entrepreneur category.

DFF Offices

The DFF’s role in evaluating and supporting entrepreneurs who contribute genuine economic value to the UAE is one of the most sophisticated systems I have encountered in any government anywhere. They ask hard questions. They verify claims. They reward substance over style.

I welcome that scrutiny. My business has the substance to withstand it.

BOLDEXA GLOBAL: THE BUSINESS IN DETAIL

BOLDEXA GLOBAL – FZCO is not a concept. It is an operating business with documented revenue, active banking relationships, and a growing international customer base.

License Number: 56315. IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis. Active since January 2025.

UAE Media Advertiser Permit Number: 1485319. Issued by the UAE Media Council. Active.

What we do:

We operate across three integrated verticals. Each one is running. Each one is generating measurable output.

AI-Powered E-Commerce

Our e-commerce operation is powered by proprietary AI systems that handle customer acquisition, behavioral analysis, fulfillment automation, and customer experience management. We have processed over 3,900 orders in the past year. We serve customers across more than 40 countries. Our annual gross revenue exceeds AED 1.5 million. Every transaction flows through UAE banking infrastructure.

This is not a side project. It is a real business generating real revenue in a real economy.

Sustainable Custom Art Manufacturing

We produce custom collectible art pieces using high-grade vinyl composite materials. This is a deliberate, engineered choice.

The industry standard for this product category has long been PVC, polyvinyl chloride, a material with documented environmental and health concerns related to toxic plasticizers and poor end-of-life disposal. We rejected that standard.

Our vinyl composite approach eliminates the toxic additives of PVC while delivering superior product quality, color retention, and durability. Every piece is made to individual customer order. There is no mass production. There is no unsold inventory. The model is sustainable by architecture, not by marketing language.

To our knowledge, we are among the first in our specific product category to implement vinyl composite at commercial scale. This is a genuine manufacturing innovation, not a brand positioning exercise.

Echoes of Egypt: Digital Media at Scale

Our digital media operation produces an 8K Hollywood-grade cinematic documentary series covering Ancient Egyptian history. Over 464 videos published. More than 24,000 global subscribers. AI-assisted production from Dubai.

This is a fully monetized media asset demonstrating our team’s capability to produce world-class content at a fraction of traditional production costs. That capability is directly relevant to corporate media, educational content, and brand storytelling at scale.

VOXTEL.AI: BUILDING THE AI COMMUNICATION LAYER

Beyond BOLDEXA GLOBAL, I am co-founding VOXTEL.AI, an artificial intelligence technology company developing proprietary voice calling systems, conversational chatbot infrastructure, and visual avatar technology for enterprise business automation.

VOXTEL.AI is being built from Dubai, for a global market that is underserved by current AI communication solutions. The Middle East, South Asia, and European enterprise segments represent significant demand for AI communication infrastructure that prioritizes regional compliance and data sovereignty.

We are building the product. We are not pitching a presentation.

UAE Golden Visa application, Entrepreneur category, in progress.

Every item above is documented and auditable.

TO INVESTORS AND PARTNERS

I am looking for strategic partners who understand what genuine operational traction looks like.

Not followers. Not impressions. Auditable revenue, documented customers, clean banking, verifiable UAE establishment, and a founder with a 15-year track record of building real things.

BOLDEXA GLOBAL brings:

Documented annual revenue exceeding AED 1.5 million flowing through UAE banking infrastructure. A globally distributed customer base across more than 40 countries. Proprietary AI operational systems. A sustainable manufacturing differentiation that is novel in our category. A clean IFZA Free Zone Company structure. An active expansion pipeline across three business verticals. A co-founder with triple citizenship and deep UAE institutional engagement.

We are not raising capital to prove a model. We are seeking partners to scale a model that is already working.

Another Milestone in the UAE: Officially Licensed as a Social Media Advertiser

Hello to my network, friends, and fellow creatives,

I am writing this from my headquarters in Dubai, a city that continues to inspire me with its rapid innovation and deep respect for heritage. Today, I am proud to share a key professional milestone that solidifies my operational footprint in the United Arab Emirates.

I have officially received my Social Media Advertiser License from the UAE Media Council.

  • License Number: 1485319
  • Status: Active & Approved

More Than Just a Permit

In the digital age, credibility is the currency of connection. Obtaining this license is not merely a regulatory requirement; it is a stamp of approval from the UAE’s governing media bodies. It signifies that my digital presence, content, and professional activities have been vetted and meet the high standards expected in this region.

As the founder of a handful global brands, and as the director of historical documentary projects, operating with full transparency and legal compliance is paramount. This license allows me to continue engaging with my audience, promoting my creative work, and running digital campaigns with the full backing of UAE regulations.

Making Headlines: A Vision for the Future

This new credential comes at a time when my work is gaining significant international attention. If you’ve been following the news wires, you might have seen some recent features discussing my plans for the region.

Leading outlets have recently profiled my journey and my “Expanded Cultural Vision” for the UAE. It is humbling to see my work in Performing Arts, Historical Preservation, and Digital Innovation recognized on such global platforms.

These articles highlight my ongoing projects, including Echoes of Egypt, where we are using 8K cinematography to preserve and present ancient history to a modern audience. They also touch upon my background as a Canadian-Turkish creative finding a new home—and a new muse—in the Emirates.

What This Means for You

For my partners, clients, and followers, this license and media recognition offer assurance. Whether I am directing a new film, designing a digital campaign, or performing on stage, you are working with a licensed, recognized, and committed professional who is here for the long haul.

I am dedicated to bringing color, culture, and innovation to the UAE. From the digital realm of graphic design to the physical stage of performing arts, I am fully invested in contributing to this country’s vibrant tapestry.

Coming Soon: A Deep Dive into the Press

There has been so much coverage recently that I can’t fit it all into one update!

Stay Tuned: I am currently preparing a dedicated blog post that will break down these media features in detail. I’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes stories from the interviews, more links to the coverage, and a deeper look at the specific projects that caught the media’s eye.

Thank you for your continued support as I take this next step.

Warm regards,

Behind the Silence: The 80-Hour Journey to “What Really Happens on Fridays”

I am thrilled to share a new, deeply personal project that has just gone live on YouTube: “What Really Happens on Fridays | But No One Shows You This Way.”

This is more than just a video; it is a short film—a meditative piece designed to capture the feeling of a Friday, not just the clock on the wall. It’s about the quiet, powerful moments of peace and perspective that we often miss in our rush through the week.

The True Cost of a Five-Minute Film: Over 80 Hours of Independent Work

When you watch the final 4 minutes and 49 seconds, you are seeing the result of an intense, solitary creative sprint that consumed over 80 hours of dedicated physical and digital labor. This project was a true labor of love, executed entirely independently and without any corporate backing or institutional support.

The production process was a deep dive into every facet of filmmaking:

•Filming & Location Scouting: Every shot was deliberately chosen, filmed across different locations to capture the perfect light, movement, and raw emotion.

•Post-Production Intensity: The bulk of the work was in the digital studio. This included meticulous color grading to achieve the film’s signature “golden tones” that represent hope and renewal.

•Atmosphere Creation: We went beyond simple editing. The sound design was a project unto itself, with hours dedicated to crafting the atmosphere and finding the perfect “silence between sounds”—the space where the film’s true message resides.

•AI-Assisted Visuals: To achieve the necessary atmosphere and scale, I leveraged advanced AI-assisted visual techniques, blending cutting-edge technology with raw, human emotion to create a truly unique aesthetic.

Every single frame was a conscious decision, built to convey a sense of calm, reflection, and the rediscovery of beauty in moments we usually ignore.

A Story Told Through Emotion

As I mentioned in the description, this is one of the most personal projects I’ve ever made. It’s a story told purely through emotion, meant for everyone—regardless of background or belief—who is looking for a little meaning in the chaos.

If you have ever felt tired, lost, or disconnected, this film is for you. If you’ve ever wondered whether there’s still peace left in the world, this film is for you.

Watch Now and Share Your Perspective

I invite you to take a moment, pause your scrolling, and experience the film.

Watch “What Really Happens on Fridays” on YouTube

The message is simple: peace, purpose, and perspective are all around us. You just have to stop long enough to notice them.

I would be incredibly grateful for your feedback. After pouring over 80 hours into this, the most rewarding part is hearing how the film resonated with you.

•What did you feel in the silence?

•Which scene or sound design element connected with you the most?

•What does “Friday” mean to you after watching?

Please leave a comment on the YouTube video and share this film with anyone who needs a moment of quiet reflection. Your support and feedback are the final, crucial step in this creative process.

Proudly made in Dubai, UAE 🇦🇪

From Pause to Pivot – My Global Journey in Business & Life

Alper Dama picture

Hello and welcome back to alper.ca. It’s been a while since my last post. The pause wasn’t accidental—it was intentional. I needed to step back, reflect, recharge and refine my vision. Today I’m excited to share where I’ve been, where I’m going, and why this all matters not just to me, but to anyone building something meaningful.

Alper Dama picture

I’m Alper Dama—entrepreneur, brand-architect, globetrotter, husband and father. I proudly hold citizenships in Canada, Russia and Turkey, and am honored to be a UAE Golden Visa resident that uniquely positions me at the intersection of cultures, languages and opportunities. I’ve worked in tech, e-commerce, real estate, marketing and creative production. And yes—while I’m building an e-commerce empire now—I also have an IMDb credit: I’m listed as an actor and set dresser in The Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210 Story (2015). IMDb+1
So this post is a mix of business, life, fun facts—and an invitation for what comes next.

The Road So Far

For more than 15 years, I’ve built digital brands, launched projects and embraced remote work across continents. The lessons have been hard-earned: success doesn’t only come from the idea—it comes from how resilient, curious and adaptable you are in motion.
My journey has taken me from marketing agencies to e-commerce platforms, from real estate deals to tech startups. But mid-2023, I found myself asking: What do I really want to build? How will I measure success now? The answer: impact, intention and presence.
That’s why I paused—to listen, to reorganize, to focus on fewer things but do them with more meaning.

What’s Changing & What’s New

1. Embracing AI, automation and e-commerce at full throttle
The convergence of brand + automation + global business is where I’m placing my bet. The world is shifting. If you’re building online, you cannot just do the same things faster—you must do them differently. My mission: create systems that scale, brands that resonate and platforms that connect people.
2. Real estate with purpose
Real estate used to mean properties. Now it’s ecosystems. Spaces that enable creativity, connection and community. I’m building toward that.
3. Life becomes the work
One of the biggest shifts: letting life inform work. Being husband, father and global citizen adds context to everything else. Travel isn’t just a perk—it’s research. Meetings aren’t just business—they’re relationships.
4. You’re invited
This blog will reflect the good, the messy and the evolving. I’ll share what’s working, what’s failing and what’s emerging. Because authenticity builds trust. Because community grows when we’re real.

Fun Facts (Yes—business doesn’t have to be serious all the time)

  • I hold Tripple citizenship (Canada, Türkiye, UAE, Russia) — it’s not just a fact, it’s an advantage. I’ve learned that identity is layered and global.
  • On my IMDb page: credited for The Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210 Story (2015) as actor and set dresser. IMDb+1
  • I’m building an e-commerce empire—not for the hype, but for the impact. For me, every purchase is a vote for something bigger.
  • I live the “bleisure” lifestyle—business + leisure blended. Meeting at sunrise, walking on the beach at sunset, remote call from a café in a new city.
  • My mantra: “Every impulse buy funds someone else’s freedom.”
  • I once insisted that instant-coffee ruins creativity (Yes, I’m serious). Life’s too short for bad caffeine and worse business decisions.

Why I’m Back—and Why It Matters to You

Because sharing success without the story feels incomplete. Because insights without the journey feel shallow. Because in a noisy world, I want resonance.
If you’re building a brand, dabbling in AI, juggling life and work—or simply dreaming something bigger—then you and I are aligned. I’ve been there. I’m still there. And I’m inviting you along.
This isn’t about ego. It’s about evolution. It’s about how we respond when we pause, pivot and proceed.

What to Expect

  • Live updates from my ventures: what’s emerging, what’s stalling, what’s changing.
  • Deep dives into AI, automation and the future of digital business: not fluff, but actionable learnings.
  • Travel & life essays: not the highlight reel, but the human story behind the scenes.
  • High-impact takeaways you can apply whether you’re launching a side-hustle or scaling a business.

Call to Action

If you’re reading this—thank you for being here. Let’s make this conversational. I invite you to:

  • Subscribe to my updates (so you don’t miss the next chapter)
  • Comment below: What’s your next pivot? What’s holding you back?
  • Reach out: I’m always curious about the communities I serve.
Together we’ll build, learn and evolve.

Here’s to new beginnings, meaningful work and life done on our terms.
